Meet Chef Jim Booth

Chef Jim is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Providence Rhode Island. He attained the rank of Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America.

Jim studied Wine in Koblenz, Germany and has traveled through wine regions in France, Austria, & Switzerland as well. He resides in North Hampton, NH with his Fiancé Bianca, who he met while studying in Germany. He has been invited to cook at the James Beard House in New York and worked at some of the best restaurants in Greater Boston and Nantucket. He was the winner of the Sous Chef Smack Down in Boston. When not working he enjoys traveling through New England finding new Breweries and local eateries.
